Here are solutions if you're having trouble logging into your account.
Ensure you're tapping the 'Log in' button, not 'Sign up for Metal Pay,' as creating a second account is prohibited.
Try the following:
- Disable any VPN while using Metal Pay
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app- maybe uninstall the Metal Pay app and reinstall it
- Switch between WiFi and Cellular Network
- Check if Metal Pay is available in your location
- Verify your password. If forgotten, follow our "password reset guide."
If issues continue or you see an error message, shake your device in the app to open a support ticket, or contact our helpdesk.
