How do I report an issue or bug in Metal Pay?

This article explains how to report an issue or bug in the Metal Pay app for assistance.

Step 1: Shake your iOS device or take a screenshot on Android.

Step 2: Tap 'Report a bug'.

Step 3: Choose an issue from the list.

Step 4: Provide a detailed description of the issue.

Step 5: Tap the 'Send email' icon.

Step 6: Your support ticket is created; our team will contact you soon. Check your email for replies.

(iPhone users only) Ensure App Tracking is enabled for the Metal Pay app. Here’s how to do it:
