How do I sign up for Metal Pay? (New Zealand customers only)

This guide provides a step-by-step process for registering on Metal Pay if you reside in New Zealand.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

1. Download the App: Visit the iOS App Store or Google Play Store and download Metal Pay from Metallicus, Inc.

2. Launch the App: Tap the Metal Pay icon on your device to open the application.

3. Create an Account: Click on the 'Create Account' button to start the registration process.

4. Enter Your Details:

   • Provide your email address and create a password.
   • On iOS devices, you have the option to Sign In With Apple using your Apple ID.

5. Verify Your Email: Check your email inbox for a 6-digit security code sent by Metal Pay. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam folder.

6. Provide Personal Information:

   • Enter your full name as it appears on your government-issued identification cards.
   • Select New Zealand as your country of residence.

7. Complete Registration: Your Metal Pay account has been successfully created. To unlock additional features, proceed to Verify Your Metal Pay Account.
