How do I fully verify my Metal Pay account? (US customers only)

Complete identity verification to access all Metal Pay app features.

Benefits of Full Verification:

• Buy with credit or debit card (cash selling is temporarily unavailable).
• Purchase USDC for future use with your card.

Getting Started:

1. Tap the Crypto card, USDC card, or green Deposit button.
2. Select ‘Finish Verifying your account’.
3. Enter your address.
4. Enter your Date of Birth.
5. Answer the on-screen questions.
6. Input your Social Security Number and tap ‘Continue’. (Learn why we ask for your SSN and ID)
7. Click “Start Verification”.
8. Select and scan your ID or Passport.
9. Allow camera access.
10. Center your ID and tap “Capture”.
11. Review the photo; click continue if clear, or “Retake” if not.
12. If using a driver’s license or ID, repeat for the back; continue if using a passport.
13. Take a live selfie without glasses/hat.
14. Your info will be processed, and you'll see a success message soon.

Congratulations! You now have full access to Metal Pay! If verification fails, you can retry or contact support for assistance.
