VOIP Phone Numbers
Users must provide a standard phone number for account verification. -
Usage of VPNs or Anonymizing Proxies
Connecting through VPNs or other anonymizing services is prohibited to maintain transparency. -
More than one Metal Pay Connect Account
Each user is allowed only one account to ensure accurate identity verification. -
Prepaid Debit Cards
We do not accept prepaid debit cards for account funding or transactions. -
Transferring Accounts to Another Individual
Accounts are non-transferable. Each customer must create their own account using their unique identity information.
