What does Metal Pay Connect not allow?

To ensure the safety and integrity of our services, Metal Pay Connect has certain restrictions in place. These measures help us verify customer identity and prevent fraudulent activities.

We do not allow the following:

1. VOIP Phone Numbers
   Users must provide a standard phone number for account verification.

2. Usage of VPNs or Anonymizing Proxies
   Connecting through VPNs or other anonymizing services is prohibited to maintain transparency.

3. More than one Metal Pay Connect Account
   Each user is allowed only one account to ensure accurate identity verification.

4. Prepaid Debit Cards
   We do not accept prepaid debit cards for account funding or transactions.

5. Transferring Accounts to Another Individual
   Accounts are non-transferable. Each customer must create their own account using their unique identity information.

By adhering to these guidelines, we can better protect our community and provide a secure environment for all users.
