What should I do if I did not receive my 6-digit code?

If you have not received your 6-digit code, follow these steps for solutions:

1. Check Your Inbox:

   • In most cases, you will receive the code instantly. However, it may take a few minutes.
   • If you are expecting an email code, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

2. Resend the Code:

   • If more than 10 minutes have passed and you still have not received the code, tap the “Resend the code” button.

3. Open a Support Ticket:

   • If the issue persists, please open a support ticket through our helpdesk.
   • Click on “Didn’t receive a code” at the bottom of the screen for further assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue of not receiving your 6-digit code.
