This article clarifies our stance on Metal token airdrops.

We have never conducted an airdrop and will not in the future. Metal will never request your wallet address, private keys, or any confidential information.

We will not ask for money or organize any MTL giveaways.

Beware of impersonators targeting newcomers, tricking them into participating in fake "giveaways" or "airdrops" by asking them to send Ethereum with false promises of returns.
