This article will outline how you can report an issue or bug in the Metal Pay app so we can further investigate and assist.
Step 1: Shake your device on iOS or take a screenshot on Android.
Step 2: Tap on 'Report a bug'.
Step 3: Select an issue from the list.
Step 4: Give a detailed report on the issue that you're experiencing.
Step 5: Tap on the 'Send email' icon.
Step 6: Your support ticket has been created, our support team will reach out to you as soon as they can. Check your email inbox for their replies.
(iPhone users only) Make sure you have App Tracking enabled on your device for the Metal Pay app. Here is a guide on how to do this for iOS devices.
