If any of the information displayed on your W-8 or W-9 is incorrect, do not certify information that you know is incorrect.

Select I need to make a change when reviewing your tax information.

After selecting this option, our Client Services team will contact you and guide you through the steps needed to update your information.

You should also request an update whenever relevant information changes, such as your address or tax status.
